Chair lifts and lookout tower

In summer, up to two chair lifts are in operation to be enjoyed by bikers and hikers. The Pstruží chair lift will take all bikers and cyclists who can comfortably overcome an elevation of over 300 m to the top of Plešivec, where there is a lookout tower and restaurant of the same name. The Pstruží chair lift also transports bicycles.

From the top of Plešivec, you can connect to a number of trails or educational and hiking routes. At an altitude of 1,028 metres, in the immediate vicinity of the top station of both chair lifts, you will also find a high ropes course, a children's high ropes course, a playground, a giant swing and bungee trampolines.

The Abertamy chair lift transports tourists and visitors who want to enjoy our family bobsleigh track.

If you climb the 66 stairs to the 16-meter high lookout tower erected on top of the Plešivec hill (1,028m) you will be rewarded with an unforgettable view of the surrounding mountains: Krušné Hory, Doupovské hory, Slavkovský les, Dyleň in the Český les as well as Klínovec, the highest mountain of the Krušné Hory and the highest peak on the German side - Fichtelberg. You will have a nice view of Jáchymov, Ostrov, Karlovy Vary, Velký Rybník (Great Pond which does not really look that big from above) and other sights in the surroundings.

• HISTORY - The lookout tower has been a tourist destination since 1894 and was built in its present shape by the Society of Friends of Nature in 1895
